The 8cm vegetable knife from the Motion series enables you to cut vegetables of all sizes.
The grip’s slip-resistance and the smooth back of the blade prevent the finger from slipping when cutting.
The seamless transition from the handle to the blade also prevents accumulation of bacteria and dirt, the hygiene aspect was also taken into account in the production.
The FRIODUR blade of the 8 cm long vegetable knife was made from the special ZWILLING melt. This stainless steel offers exceptionally good edge retention, corrosion resistance and flexibility as it has been refined in a special ice hardening process.
