Description
Tatsumaki is the Japanese word for tornado, and this stunning stoneware plate is decorated with a hypnotic glazed whirl. The natural-look design is reminiscent of the raked patterns in serene Japanese sand and stone gardens.
The Tatsumaki coupe plate is perfect for everyday dining, and the gently sloping sides make it perfect for rice, pasta and noodle dishes. For a Japanese evening, try serving a vibrant seaweed salad – the bright green will be especially eye-catching against the neutral tones of this plate.
Please note that each piece is individually made, hence minor variations in colour and texture may occur from that shown in the photo.
