Description
The Skottsberg Stainless Steel wok consists of three layers of metal, hence the name Tri-ply stainless steel. The layer on the outside is made of 18/0 stainless steel. This makes the pan very strong but also magnetic so it is suitable for induction. The intermediate layer of the pan is made of aluminium, an extremely heat-conducting metal, allowing the pan to heat up quickly and evenly. The third layer, on the inside of the pan, is made of high-quality 18/10 stainless steel.
