Description
Keep a stack of these lightweight stainless steel mixing bowls to hand in your kitchen when cooking anything from loaves of bread, to pastry or just chopping vegetables and meat for stews. Work like a professional chef from left to right – one stainless steel mixing bowl for the raw ingredients, one for the prepared product, and one for any waste – to keep your kitchen tasks as streamlined as possible. Alternatively use to prove several different loaves of bread – one with kneaded seeds, one with spelt flour, and so on.
The bowls can also be placed over a pan of simmering water as a bain marie, for melting chocolate or whisking egg yolks for cooked marzipan or a classic Italian zabaglione dessert
Dishwasher safe. Bowls are sold individually.
