Description
Nature as youve never seen it before.
From the Silikomart Professional Innovation laboratory comes the new Naturae range, developed thanks to the creative and avant-garde vision of some of the most acclaimed chefs on the national and international scene.
An original interpretation of natural elements to give shape to an original version of taste. Verza 12 evolves around the concept of nature elements reinterpretation in order to shape an innovative vision of taste.
The mat can be used either with wafer paste or without chocolate for creating elegant and refined decorations; the decorations can be prepared in advance and unmolded when needed. They are useful for decorating dishes, first and second courses, to create original aperitifs or to give a refined touch to plated desserts.
Silikomart Professional has all the pluses that characterize platinum liquid silicone, from high performance to thermal resistance and extreme flexibility.
