Mela & Pera presents two different shapes in each mould. The mat can be used either with wafer paste or without chocolate for creating elegant and refined decorations; the decorations can be prepared in advance and unmolded when needed. They are useful for decorating dishes, first and second courses, to create original aperitifs or to give a refined touch to plated desserts.
Silikomart Professional has all the pluses that characterize platinum liquid silicone, from high performance to thermal resistance and extreme flexibility. The Naturae range of silicone moulds is entirely dedicated to haute cuisine professionals: the shapes of Mother Nature bring to life exclusive plates like starters, entres and main courses.
