Description
From the Silikomart Professional Innovation laboratory comes the new Naturae range, developed thanks to the creative and avant-garde vision of some of the most acclaimed chefs on the national and international scene.
Nature as youve never seen it before. An original interpretation of natural elements to give shape to an original version of taste. Reimagine tastes and shapes of nature with the mould Foresta designed for the haute cuisine.
Lampo presents two different shapes in each mould. The mat can be used either with wafer paste or without chocolate for creating elegant and refined decorations; the decorations can be prepared in advance and unmolded when needed. They are useful for decorating dishes, first and second courses, to create original aperitifs or to give a refined touch to plated desserts.
Silikomart Professional has all the pluses that characterize platinum liquid silicone, from high performance to thermal resistance and extreme flexibility. The Naturae range of silicone moulds is entirely dedicated to haute cuisine professionals: the shapes of Mother Nature bring to life exclusive plates like starters, entres and main courses.
The size of the moulds is suitable for Gastronorm tray 530325 mm.
