Description
Silikomarts palette knife produces the perfect smooth finish when decorating cakes. From cream cheese frosting, melted chocolate or royal icing, this knife ices and layers cakes with ease.
The flat stainless steel blade has multiple purposes. First, use it to smooth cake batter in the tin before baking. Then once the cakes are baked, use it for spreading and smoothing frosting over the sponges. A plastic handle is easy and comfortable to hold, even if youre decorating on repeat!
The total length of this knife is 38cm, with a 15.5cm blade.
About Silikomart
Italian-based Silikomart creates high-quality silicone moulds that make elegant patisserie. From clairs to chocolate truffles and macarons, they combine eye-catching designs with precise production. This is bakeware you can trust to give you perfect results with every use.
Each silicone mould is treated by a thermal process lasting between 6-7 hours. This removes any potentially toxic residue. The post-curing process burns off the remaining chemicals, giving you an odourless, BPA-free mould to use time and time again.
All Silikomart products come in compostable packaging. They come with a certificate of authenticity.
