Sear and simmer with SCANPANs HaptIQ non-stick saut pan. Made from stainless steel, it has deep sides and a large frying surface. Its ideal for browning meat, sauting vegetables and simmering sauces. The high sides prevent splashes and spills while stirring.
Use the glass lid to trap heat and moisture when simmering soups and stews. You can use the pan on all stovetops, including induction, as well as in the oven. Sear meat on the hob and then transfer it to the oven to finish cooking.
