Ideal for baking layered sponges and sandwich cakes as well as pie and cheesecakes, the snug-fitting loose bottom non-stick coating makes for easy release with no sticking sides! Designed to withstand temperatures of up to 240C/475F/Gas 9, it won’t warp, and the heavy-duty carbon steel means it’s made to last.
Dishwasher safe but for best results clean by hand with warm soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly. Do not use metal scourers or harsh abrasives.
