Use your salt mill to season grilled fish or French fries. The Peugeot grinding mechanism delivers a reliable, uniform grind. Tighten the knob on top to adjust the coarseness of the grind. The tighter it is, the finer your grind will be.
Buff regularly with a soft cloth to maintain its shine.
Do not use with wet salts such as Guerande or fleur de sel, peppercorns, sea salt or other spices. We recommend rock salt.
