Description
This collapsible pasta rack is the best way to dry homemade spaghetti, tagliatelle, fettuccine and linguine. The wooden arms collapse making it easy to store and can also be positioned horizontally to hold 10-square feet of pasta straight while it air dries.
Once completely dry, freshly-made egg pasta can be stored for months. Just add a couple of minutes extra to the cooking times.
