Description
Serve sushi in traditional style with the Midori sushi platter. Midori means green in Japanese – a nod to the green streak in the centre of the platter. Fill it with maki rolls and serve with soy sauce and pickled ginger.
The long, narrow platter has a shiny glaze and textured finish. The green streak adds a splash of colour to the dappled brown background.
The platter can also be used to serve sashimi and small appetisers. Plate a neat row of dumplings or tempura prawns to share with friends.
Pair the platter with the Midori sushi serving set. Or, mix and match with pieces from our Japanese tableware range.
