The grind can be easily adjusted from fine through to coarse simply by turning the knob on the top of the mill. Select a fine grind for a big punch in soups and sauces or select a coarser grind for a subtler, but longer lasting taste – great for steaks and salads. The design registered Precision+ carbon steel mechanism strips peppercorns instead of crushing them to ensure maximum flavour is released at every turn.
The London mill is super easy to refill. Simply unscrew the knob and remove along with the mill top. To make refilling even easier, use the Cole & Mason Dover Stainless Steel Funnel which is available separately.
This London pepper mill from Cole and Mason is easy to clean, simply wipe with a damp cloth and use a clean cloth to dry.
