This set of graphite Index chopping boards are colour coded for reducing cross contamination
Each board has a different colour and tab indicating the appropriate food group – meat, fish, vegetables and cooked food.
The boards are BPA free, suitable for food use and will not blunt the blades on your knives.
These chopping boards have sloped edges for collecting crumbs and juices and have non-slip feet to keep them in place when using.
The base of the case also has non-slip feet.
