The Horl 3 sharpener consists of two parts. The first part is the holder, which keeps your knives at the right angle. With this model, you can choose between the European angle (20 degrees) and the Japanese angle (15 degrees). Place the knife against the holder, and the strong magnet ensures that the knife stays firmly in place.
On the other side, you’ll find a ceramic disc for polishing the knife, achieving a razor-sharp finish. Want even sharper sharpening? Then expand the set with extra-fine ceramic discs.
Use the sharpener by rolling it along the knife. This ensures proper pressure during sharpening and prevents scratches on the knife. After a few moves back and forth, your knife will be sharp again. The system works so pleasantly that you wish it were even longer, purely for the sharpening pleasure.
