Mrs. Anderson’s Dough Proofing Cloth supports, forms, and proofs bread dough for making long loaves of bread, breadsticks, and up to 6-7 baguettes at once. It absorbs excess moisture from the dough without drying it out for the best chewy, crusty bread results. The thick, stiff cloth creates and holds wavy creases that force rising dough upwards to maintain shaped loaves while they proof and releases dough easily without it warping or sticking to the cloth.
