The Japanese concept of wind underscores the notions of liberty and motion, signifying the potential for growth and expansion, be it in the context of the atmosphere or the human intellect.

In the realm of cuisine, air is symbolized by poultry, and our Global Kaze 3 piece knife set draws inspiration from blades designed for poultry preparation. The knives within the Kaze collection feature fluting, which creates air pockets on the blades, effectively preventing food from adhering to them.
