Garlic should be stored at room temperature in a ventilated container. The garlic keeper has small holes at the base to let your garlic breathe. Protecting the bulbs from direct sunlight reduces the risk of sprouting.
The terracotta pot has two handles and a domed lid. The lid is topped with a little garlic clove.
