Description
This cast iron grill will take your cooking to the next level. Ideal for chicken, fish, steak, chops, vegetables and more, it seals in all the juiciness and taste, giving the stunning chargrilled lines that make the food a feast for the eyes too.
It can be used on the hob (including induction hobs), as well as in the oven or under the grill. The enamel interior makes cleaning straightforward, especially as it will develop a natural patina over time that behaves as a non-stick surface.
The cast iron construction means it retains heat well, keeping your food warmer for longer, and it also enables cooking at a low to medium heat.
A wonderful addition to any kitchen – the sizzling sound alone is enough to make you hungry!
