Made from specialist clays and fired at the highest temperatures, Le Creuset stoneware is strong and durable providing thermal resistance and maintains even temperature when cooking.
Safe for use in the microwave, freezer, fridge, dishwasher, oven temperature from -23C to 260C and a distance of 6.5cm should be maintained between the top of the product and the heating element when using under a grill.
