The silicone coated fibreglass has micro-perforations for effective heat distribution and crisp, well-cooked bases. The non-stick surface allows for easy transfer of food once cooked. The mat is also suitable for use in the freezer.
The De Buyer silicone pastry mat is suitable for use at temperatures from -55C to +280C. For best results, use with an aluminium baking sheet.
