Description
This butane-fuelled blow torch will give your crme brulee a golden, caramelised crust that shatters under your spoon. This essential kitchen gadget produces a steady, hot flame that can melt sugar, scorch meringues and toast marshmallows for an indulgent hot chocolate. Its a game changer for roasted red peppers for salads and romesco sauce.
Any dish you might put under the grill will benefit from a quick blast from the blow torch. Use it to sear steaks or melt grated Gruyre on top of a French onion soup. This culinary torch quickly caramelises the sugars in fruit – try torching bananas to add to desserts or grilling pineapple to garnish a cocktail.
Butane Gas Canister not included.
